Baking helps me destress. Baking a loaf of bread, especially, kneading the dough to window pane stage, gives me a huge sense of satisfaction.

I struggle with questions that ask about replacement of ingredients. Most of the time, I will say “No, cannot”. I suggest that if you do not have, or are unable to consume certain type of ingredients, to try another recipe. It’s a safer bet then randomly modifying a tested recipe.

Also questions on conversion — after coming up with the recipe, taking pictures and writing the steps out, please don’t ask me to convert to all manner of tin shapes and sizes, it’s… too much. Please just Google.
My hobby could not have been possible without my family’s support – to eat the bakes. We detest food wastage, and will eat up failed bakes too, so long they are still edible, of course.
