Baking helps me destress. Baking a loaf of bread, especially, kneading the dough to window pane stage, gives me a huge sense of satisfaction.

I truly struggle with questions that ask about replacement of ingredients, most of the time, I will say “Nope”. I suggest that if you do not have, or are unable to consume certain type of ingredients, to try another recipe. It’s a safer bet then randomly modifying a tested recipe.

My hobby could not have been possible without my family’s support – to eat the bakes. We detest food wastage, and will eat up failed bakes too, so long they are still edible, of course.
