Our sourdoughs are made with premium flours, blends of Japanese bread flour, USA Bob Redmill artisanal bread flour, dark rye flour etc to ensure superior taste and quality. No generic brands. Sourdough Culture Starter
Very active and frequently refreshed starter, as I bake more than 10 loaves per week from my home bakery. Starter has been maintained with Japanese bread flour, rye and Bob redmill bread flour and is very healthy, easily more than double in under 3 hours. A recycled clean jar will be provided with about 70 to 80g starter.
