Sourdough

Pure sourdough, all home made and absolutely no commercial yeast. It has been known to offer numerous health benefits with low Glycaemic Index (GI) and gluten content. The long, tedious process results in a healthy, delicious bread with complex flavours.

Our sourdoughs are made with blends of Japanese, USA & Canadian bread flour plus German Rye flour to ensure superior taste and quality. These are big family-sized loaves, at 600g to 650g before bake.
